Chiehiura Basil is a passionate product designer whose digital mission is to create meaningful user experiences in software products that improve people’s lives.

Her five-year creative design journey started with brand identity design, evolved into graphics design, and now thrives in product design. Although her paths have differed at various times within the design industry, one thing remains constant for her – Telling delightful stories and designing impactful experiences for users.

Also, with a dedication to impacting others, she is the Founder of DesigneChi Training Academy(DTA); an academy on a mission to bridge the design education gap in Africa and around its shores by raising quality breeds of thought design leaders who will ultimately ideate and execute real time solutions that burden the borderlines of Africa.

Over the period of 1 year and counting, (DTA) have rightly impacted African youths within the tech ecosystem with design skills.
Also, as part of her vision is to introduce more women and see them thrive in the tech industry, she represents the Google Women Techmakers Community as an Ambassador.
